Rental Information
The Polish Cultural Center is at the top of Capitol Hill, just a short block north of Madison Street. The Center is owned and operated by the Polish Home Association.
The upstairs hall, one of the most beautiful ballrooms in Seattle, features about 3,500 sq. ft. of hardwood dance floor, bar, stage, and a set of restrooms. The occupancy of this unit is 250 people. There is an elevator providing easy access.
Downstairs contains a smaller hall with a stage, bar, kitchen, and another set of restrooms; with an occupancy of 150 people.
Both halls are available for rent for weddings, parties, social gatherings, concerts, etc.
Rental Rates:
Upper hall (ballroom) $2200/day
Lower hall $1400/day
Upper hall $200/hour for events not exceeding four hours in duration
Lower hall $125/hour for events not exceeding four hours in duration
Kitchen without pots, cutlery, small appliances etc. $400/event + $250 cleaning fee
Concert piano (located in the upper hall) $200/event
Projector $150/event
Audio $400/event
Security deposit (refundable; mandatory for all events) $500
Members, who have been members of the Polish Home Association for over 1 year, may receive a discount once per year, when the halls are rented for their own usage.
While considering renting out the space, please be considerate of the residential neighborhood and keep in mind the municipal code limits noise in conducting your function both inside the Polish Cultural Center and outside while using the adjacent parking lot and the streets.
